Teresita Garcia-Adame

Director, Latin America

Teresita leads our joint partnership in Latin America from Mexico. As a university lecturer, public speaker, executive coach, and author, she brings a strong expertise to Boston Global in group psychology and communications. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Catolica in Mexico. In addition, she holds several advanced certifications in family therapy and leadership development. She has successfully designed and delivered programs in over 50 companies through her firm, Corame, in Mexico and holds a patent on a strengths-based assessment for career development. Most of her work has focused on building trust in teams. Her research interests include understanding the science behind trust and motivation. She turns theory into practical steps that people can use immediately to improve relationships. Her goal is to have people engaged in their work so they are more productive and happier in an ethical work culture. Her engaging and unique outdoor team activities can boost the morale in any organization! Teresita also has high Musical Intelligence – as defined by Professor Howard Gardner of Harvard Graduate School of Education – and she uses that ‘intelligence’ to create harmony wherever she goes.
