Allie CouperProgram Manager
As Program Manager, Allie coaches young professionals and managers on best practices in communication at work. In addition to managing the Young Professionals’ Program, she works closely with senior management on organizational training strategies, oversees implementation and assesses outcomes to ensure success. Her work with young people focuses on college preparedness and success at school. She assesses student needs, supports their study skills and guides students as they assess careers related to their degree. She especially likes to work with students on interviewing skills and first-day-on-the-job skills in business writing and presenting so they feel confident and professional on day one.
Allie is a Birkman Certified Coach who helps clients identify strengths to use more fully, recognize their needs to be happy and productive, and reduce stress in the workplace. She enjoys one-on-one coaching and team building workshops that are original and creative learning experiences. She loves the opportunity to connect with creative minds and provide tools and resources to use the next day on the job. She has traveled to London, Paris and Melbourne Australia, in addition to Texas and Georgia in the U.S. to work on team building programs. She is a SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional), and holds certifications in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School Online and in Positive Psychology from UPenn. In addition to her B.A. she has a Master’s Degree from Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English.
