You learn skills you can use the next day on the job. Your Boston coach ends every session with this question: What have you learned today that you can apply tomorrow on the job?

CUSTOMIZATION

A thorough pre-course assessment and interviews with your company sponsor establish goals for the program which are outlined in your Individual Performance Plan. Reading, discussion, and writing assignments are then carefully chosen to meet the needs of your profession. So no two programs are alike.

PRIVATE COACHING

Group programs include follow up with a Boston coach. Research shows that the quickest way to learn is with one-on-one instruction. We don’t just ‘deliver programs.’ We’re committed to real learning.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

We measure results by using our BGCP Assessment Tool to determine gaps. We find out what you know, what you need to know, and then we design a program that fills that gap. We measure success by evaluating before, during, and after the program.
