Genet Jeanjean is a management communications consultant and teacher. She teaches professionals how to communicate better at work by thinking strategically about their writing and speaking, showing them what success looks like, and helping them achieve that success. Her experience in international business and education includes creating and managing emerging ventures in other countries, so she has a heightened awareness of the challenges of building strong teams. Her research interests include understanding how individuals learn, so she incorporates the latest research on learning styles and multiple intelligences to find the strengths in every individual who comes through Boston Global. Genet is passionate about teaching and learning and her energy is contagious. As a motivating presenter, she engages participants with focused objectives, enthusiasm, and humor. She holds degrees from Mount Holyoke College, (B.A.), Tufts University (M.A.), and Harvard Graduate School of Education (M.Ed.) and is conversational in Portuguese, French, and Spanish. She is currently studying Arabic.

Philippe Jeanjean combines his engineering knowledge and management expertise to coach engineers on how to communicate effectively to non-technical clients and colleagues. Engineers and IT professionals have strong technical capabilities, but need clear and concise communication skills to relate to management, sales teams, and clients. His individualized coaching program, Communications Reviews for Engineers, provides clear feedback on communication and work style habits and action steps to avoid common mistakes in correspondence, meetings and presentations. Philippe is a certified coach and holds an MBA from Babson, a Certificate in Economics from University of Massachusetts, and an EE from Universite des Sciences et Technique de Montpellier, France. He is an active member of coaching and mentoring programs at Babson and Harvard and has travelled to India and the Middle East to work with clients. Philippe is French-American and has worked with Hewlett Packard in France and the United States. His interests include entrepreneurship and connecting theory with practice.

Dr. Yousif leads business development in our Dubai office in the United Arab Emirates. Our business continues to grow under his leadership. He holds several key positions on company boards in the U.A.E. and Canada. In addition to his responsibilities as Chairman and CEO of InterGroup, a trading company in Dubai, he served as Assistant Chairman and General Manager of Al Naboodah Group, consisting of 18 companies employing more than 8,000 employees. He has successfully led companies to financial success in the Middle East, Canada, and the U.S. Dr. Yousif has a special interest in entrepreneurial management, finance, and marketing and has supported new ventures between East and West. He is an active member in the Canadian and the American Business Chambers of Commerce in the Middle East. His deep understanding of the Middle East and cross-cultural perspective is extremely valuable to us. He holds a PhD from the University of Alberta in Canada and is fluent in English and Arabic

Carol Kentner builds community for clients and staff at Boston Global. She brings knowledge and project management expertise and develops and implements policies, systems and procedures to increase organizational effectiveness. She leads content development and is actively developing e-learning platforms for 2008. As course content and rights manager, she engineers digital workflow, content and repository processes and best practices to eliminate redundancy and increase client service and satisfaction. As knowledge manager, she continuously audits and leverages organizational information for optimal performance. As a project manager, she coordinates closely with a spectrum of professionals to evolve procedures, infrastructure and platforms. Carol is passionate about successful information and knowledge management and the efficiencies and efficacies that result. Carol holds degrees from Mount Holyoke College (B.A.), and
the University of York, England (M.A.). She has basic conversational skills in Arabic and German.
